FUL | Fully enclosed pack

This fully enclosed packaging responds to requirements for complete UV protection. It guarantees optimum protection for the product.

This packaging offers a very good amount of surface area for advertising as well. This design allows for a slightly lower quality cardboard to be used compared with traditional all-around (OTO) packaging.

Possible formats are 2×2, 2×3, 2×4 and even 2×5.

TLG | Top Large Gusset + BCC | Bar Code Cover

The upper gusset and the lower tab ensure the bottles are held securely in place within the pack, while also ensuring a greater surface area for advertising.

This pack is availble in 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4.

OTO | Over the Top Open (2 lanes)

The most common cluster pack wraps for 6 bottles allowing for a very large surface area for advertising. Bottles are kept in place by the openings at the top and bottom.

It is available in 2×2, 2×3, 2×4, 2×5 and 2×6.

OTO | Over the Top Open (1 lane)

This all-around sleeve wrap offers a very good amount of surface area for advertising while still retaining a simple, basic construction.

This pack is available in 2×2 and 2×3.

BTL | Bottom Tab Locker

The bottom tab lockers ensure that the bottles are kept securely in place in the pack. This solution allows you to compensate for any variations in dimensions in your bottles.

This feature does not increase the carton cost compare with an OTO.

It is available in 2×2, 2×3, and 2×4 and also in 1×2 and 1×3.

ADP | Top Add Panel

The addition of the Top add pannel adds a little more surface area for advertising, as well as actively strengthening the packaging mechanically.

The Add Panel does not change the dimensions of your cardboard.

This is available with all formats.

TLG | Top Large Gusset

The top large gusset is often used in combination with other features like BCC. It adds communication areas.

This is available in 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4.

NET | Neck Through (2 lanes)

These neck-through wraps for 6 bottles allows packaging cost reduction, while still retaining a significant amount of surface area for advertising and also showcasing your bottles.

This packaging is particularly suited to “long neck” bottles.

Available in 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4.

NET | Neck Through (1 lane)

These neck-through wraps allow packaging costs to be reduced, while still retaining a significant amount of surface area for advertising and also showcasing your bottles.

This packaging is particularly suited to “long neck” bottles.

Available 1×2 ans 1×3.

BCC | Bar Code Cover (side panel)

The bar code cover enables two functions, hiding the bar code of the bottle and maintaining the bottle in the pack securely.

This is available in 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4.

HAN | Handle

This packaging is an alternative to the Basket

The handle is pre-glued, and the overall mechanisation is identical to the neck through. The handle allows the pack to be carried without the risk of ripping the cardboard.

This is available in 2×2 and 2×3.

Bottles PET 2x3 Gusset

This is a neck-through wrap for 6 bottles with an “Ad Panel” tab to ensure bottles are kept securely in place while also providing additional advertising space.

CLP | Clip

The clip on glass bottles is a traditional way of grouping products in Belgium. It particularly showcases the primary packaging and provides advertising space on the side of the pack. This pack is more economical than the basket. The standard formats are x4, x6 and x8.
